About our C.E.O Kayla

Kayla's journey highlights the resilience and strength found in community support and personal experience. Having dedicated years to education in California, she transitioned to Vancouver, Washington, where she found a new purpose in sharing her own story of trauma and triumph. This transition was not just geographical; it marked the beginning of a mission to provide peer-to-peer support for those navigating similar challenges.

As a neurodivergent individual, Kayla possesses a unique understanding of the complexities faced by her community. Her experiences with various mental health challenges have equipped her with valuable insights and coping strategies, which she now shares with others. Through workshops, support groups, and one-on-one conversations, Kayla fosters an environment where individuals feel understood and empowered.

Her commitment to the neurodivergent community is evident in the safe spaces she creates, offering a platform for dialogue and healing. Kayla's approach emphasizes the importance of connection and validation, reminding those she supports that they are not alone in their struggles. Through her work, she continues to inspire hope and resilience, proving that even in the face of adversity, it is possible to thrive.

"One of the most sincere forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say." --Bryant H. McGill

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Focus

It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.

  • Reflect

Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

  • Refine

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
